CONFESSION OF MURDER.
Press Association. Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received July 17,10.13 a.m. Melboubnb, July 17. A man named Fossard, who was arrested on suspicion of shooting a man named Ford at Dandenong, confessed he committed the deed with a pea rifle stolen from a camp of rabbiters.
