COLD STORES.
ACCIDENT AT A THEATRE.
Press Association. Electric Telegraph Copyright. London „ July 15. The market rate of discount for three months' bills is 2gd per cent—a rise of 9-16 since Friday. The Imperial Food Supplies Company has opened a cold store at Chesterfield, Derbyshire, with a capacity of 25,000 cubic feet. The Great Western Railway Com pany carried the Prince and Princess of Wales from Paddington station, London, to Plymouth, a distance of 246 miles, in 3hr 53min 35sec. This is a record for the trip. Paris, July 15. The machiuery used in a transformation scene at the Folies Marigny Theatre in Paris collapsed, precipitating sixteen dancing girls into the well ot the theatre. Moat of them were severely injured.
