WELLINGTON WOOL & SKIN SALE.
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited report as follows : —
At our fortnightly sale today we offered about 1.200 skins, 14 bales and a number of bags of wool. Thero was a good attendance of buyers and prices wore equal to last sala's rates. Wo quote:—Dry skins, merino, very few offering up, to s;d for medium skins ; half bred ; 5d to 5-;; d ; lino crossbred, 4id to 5-Jd ; coarse crossbred, 4d to 4jd ; short woolled skirs, 3kl to 4d ; lamb skins, 3Jd to 5d ; green skins, from Is to 2s lOd for cross bred ; lamb skins Is Gd to 2s 3d each. Wool sold well ab late rates.

Tlio skins clYeiTd to-day generally wore in a. damp condition, and tl.is affected the yu-ico of nuny of tho lots to the extent of a far thins:, otherwise prices remain at iho siviuo level as last sale. We quote :—Fair omtehhisa, 3 C \ to 4d ; medium crutclnngs, 'id to 'Zli\ ; merino skins, 5U to CM ; lino crossbreda, -lkl to oil ; medinm, Id to Jhl ; dead skins, 2UI to 3d ; lamb skins, U'.O* to 4d.
