THE EDUCATION BILL.
.Received May 22, 9.10 a.m. London, May 21. In Committee in the House of Commons, on a clsiuse in the London Education Bill, dealing with representation, the Government's proposal for the admission of twelve borough councillors to the London Educational Committee, was carried by a majority of 41, which included twenty-five Nationalists, while thirty Unionists voted with the minority.
