The Times Paris correspondent says that the peace of Europe is at least as ranch at risk in the state of affairs in the Far East as in the Balkans. Reports have been received from various sources that an anti'Christinn outbreak is imminent in China.
New York, March 2.
The Herald's St. Petersburg correspondent attributes the Russian military activity not to the condition of affairs in Macedonia, but in the Far East.
