Mr Cameron, Dunedin, it was decided that application be made to Scottish Universities to have the arts degrees of the New Zealand University recognised, as entitling a graduate of the New Zealand University to go forward to the B.D. examination. / ' The question of amending the status of the Bachelor of Music degree, so as to make it compulsory for candidates to exhibit to examiners practical proficiency on the organ, piano, or violin, > or reading from the score, was referred to the Music Committee for its report.
