The proprietor and publisher of the Age have each been 'fined £25 for con tempt of Court in publishing on the 4th October an article calculated to imperil the fair trlaLpf Arthur Bentley Worthlngton, who had been indicted for false pretences. In the matter of John Norton, who had published a similar article in T/uth, Mr Justice Holroydsaid he had no jurisdiction. The rule nisi was discharged without cosfa.
