Robert Gray, charged with wounding J. L. Anderson, by striking him on the eye with a glass, was committed for trial at the Wellington Supreme Court.
Duntcdin, July 7.
An application this morning made by Mr Thornton, solicitor, on behalf of five men accused of robbery with violence, that the press and the public in the interests of j.tstice should be excluded, was not allowed by the S.M., Mr Graham.
