NOTICE is hereby given that ifc is the intention of the Council of the Borough of Blenheim, at a meeting to be held on FRIDAY, the fourth day of July, 1902, to make and levy the undermentioned Rates: — 1. A General Rate, under the provisions of section 95 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," a»d clause 37 of "The Rating Act, 1894," for the general purposes of the Borough, of One Shilling and One Penny Farthing in the Pound on the annual ratable value on the Valuation Roll of all the ratable property within the Borough ; 2. A Rate, under the provisions of " The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885," of Two Pence and One Farthing in the Pound on the annual ratable value on the Valuation Roll of all ratable property within the Borough —such rate being required to meet the contribution payable to the Wairau Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. 3. The Annual Special Rate of Two Pence Half-penny in the ■ Pound on all the ratable property in the Borough.
