J. Davidson, Colonial Secretary; the Hon. P. Duncan, Treasurer; Sir Godfrey Lagden, Minister for Native Affafrs; and the Hon. J..W. Honey, Minister for Customs. The proceedings concluded with three cheers for the King and for Lord Milner.
