Three thousand five hundred persons were present at the Royal Colonial Institute Conversazione in honor of the colonial Premiers, including Mr Chamberlain, Prince Tsai Cheng (son of Prince Ching, and Chinese Envoy Extraordinary at the Coronation), the Sultan of Perak (Malacca), the Indian Feudatory Princes, the Bishop of Melanesia, and the Agents-General.
