In the course of a discussion in the House of Commons as to the outrages committed by officers of the Bush Veldt Carbineers, The Right Hon. Mr Balfour, Leader of the House, stated that it was not intended to publish the proceedings of the court-martial which condemned Lieufca. Morant and Handcock. Tho Eight Hon. Mr Brodrick, Secre--1 tary of State for War, said it was not customary to publish statements in regard to courts-martial. Viscount Cranborne, Parliamentary Secretary to the Foreign Office, said that no communication had been received from Germany or her consuls respecting the case of the Rev. Mr Heese, the murdered missionary. London. April 10. It is announced that Heeso, the German missionary, was a British subject.
