Handicaps will be declared on MarcH 6th, 1902. Acceptances for the same will be received at the Schoolroom, Maxwell Road, until March 13th, 1902. RULES AND CONDITIONS. 1. The decision of the. Committeeshall be final in decidiiig all points in connection with the carrying out of this programme, 2. Three competitors to start, or no event; few to start or no third prize. 3. All competitors must be on their marks at the appointed time for eaeb event, any anyone not answering to the Judge's or Starter's call may be disqualified. 4. The Committee reserve the right to require any competitor, before- or after the event, to make a declaration as to his ideatity or the correctness of his performances. . ; < |( 5. The Committee may require1 any ! competitor to prove bis identity, farther than by declaration, should they think fit to do s». 6. Any competitor found jostling will be immediately disqualified. •* 7. Any race may be run off in heats, at the discretion of the Committee. All 100 yds races will be»run betwesmi tapes. 8. The Committee reserve the rfghfc to strike out any event shonls there; not be sufficient entries to satisfy them. 9. Competitors leaving their marks before the pistol is fired will be put back one yard for each offence; and anyone not going back when required may be disqualified, at the discretion, of the Starter.
