Palmerston N., February 14.

Mr C. Beattio, Secretary of tho National Dairy Association, met a sub-committee from the A. and P. Association to-day with reference to holding a dairy exhibition and conference during the coming winter in Palmerston. Ib was pointed out that the fixture last year involved a loss to the Dairy Association of £90, and it was suggested that if some attraction was offered in connection with the Show if held here in July this would obviate the possibility of. loss. Tho Mayor, who was present at the interview, has taken the matter in hand, and will consult prominent citizens in reference to the subject.
