SIR A. MILNER'S LEAVE.
London,-April 18. Sir A. Milncr on the 3rd asked for a short leave of absence while operations were in progress, or he would otherwise approach the work of reconstruct tion with lessened efficiency. Mr Chamberlain/while regretting the necessity for his departure, and recognising the severe strain, granted three mouths leave.
