Wellington, April 19. The judges appointed to award tho prizes offered by the Government for designs of cards' invitation to public functions during the Royal visit, have sent their award to the Cabinet. They recommend the first prize to " No. 12," Auckland ; second to " No. 32," Dunedin ; and third to "No. 3," Wellington. Of the six next in order of merit prizes, two go to Wanganui competitors.
