THE NAPIER RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

Napier, April 18

Edward Weaver, the victim of the railwayvCrossiug accident yesterday, died at the hospital last night. An inquest .was opened to-day, but adjourned.

Advices from Havelock state that Mrs Margaret Brown lee, aged 29 years, wife of Mr Jas. Brownlee, manager of the Havolock dairy factory, was found

dead in bed at 5.30 yesterday morning. She had appeared to be in good health, - and no doctor had been attending her. Dr. Hoadley is of opinion that death was caused by heart disease, but as lie will not give a certificate to that effect, an inquest will be necessary.
