MURDER OF A MILLIONAIRE.

New Yokk, April 3. William Rice, millionaire, who died at New York in 1900 is now alleged to have been murdered by his valet, Jones.
Jones made a confession in which lie stales that Rice's attorney, Patrick, instigated Jones to hold a towel saturated with chloi oforrn to Rice's face for half'-nn-hour.
Both have been arrested and charged with murder.
