Lord Salisbury, who has been suffering from influenza, is now taking more nourishment, and is stronger. Pakis, April 1. A renewal of the dockers' strike at Marseilles has occurred. The foremen, who remained on duty throughout the former strike, have now joined the strikers in favor of an eight hours day.
