Sydney, April 1. After Mr Want had concluded his address to the jury, Comngham delivered an excited address. He° violently accused Dean O'Haran of destroying his happiness, and emphatically repudiated the insinuations of conspiracy, if damages, were 'awarded he would not touch a penny, bufc would ask the Court to tie the money up for the benefit of his children.

The case had not concluded when the Court rose.
