The Ophir, with the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and suite on board, arrived at Por.t Said at 3 o'clock to-day.

Their Royal Highnesses landed and exchanged visits with the Prince Mohamid Ali, the Khedive's brother, and afterwards yisited Lady Strongford's hospital.

To-night His Royal Highness will entertain at dinner Prince Mohamid Ali, Viscount Croiner (British Minister Plenipotentiary), and several others.

The Ophir will resume her voyage early to-morrow morning.
