A DARING BOER ACTION.
RESCUE OF A GUN. UNDER LYDDITE SHELLING. London, February 12. At Vaal Krantz the British were about to seize a Maxim Vickers gun, when Viljoen, a Boer officer, with a team of horses splendidly rescued the weapon almost under the eyes of the British and amid lyddite shelling.
