POLICY OP THE VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT. IOHITVP PMIdR ASSOCIATION,] Melbourne, December 18. All members of the Ministry, excepting Mr McCoy, were returned unopposed. Speaking at Bairnsdale, the Premier outlined the Government polioy. They would wind up the session as early as possible to prepare for a federal session. They intended to carry out the financial proposals of their predecessors, and proceed with a number of bills before the houses. The autumn session would be chiefly devoted to dividing the colony into federal electorates. A bill would be introduced to give the women a vote, and they would take immediate steps to provide for the aged and poor, pending the introduction of an old age pension bill. They would also introduce legislation dealing with habitual drunkards. Adelaide, December 18. , In the Assemnly Mr Holder stated he intended before the end of the session to introduce a bill giving a vote for the Council to every ocoupant of a house at a rental of £15, and their wives. The Government would take up all tbe measures of the Kingston Government.
