Paris, Septomber 20. The ironclad Pothnan, which stuck on the ways while being launched at Havre on August 21st, has, with the assistance of British tugboats, now been successfully launched. By the explosion of a gas engine the Bordeaux electric pavilion was destroyed by fire. When returning from the military review to-day the populace made an attempt to unharness the horses attached to General Dragomiroff's carriage with the intention of dragging it themselves, but were prevented by his military escort.
