After considerable deliberation and careful reading of the Hall and MaMn cases, the Attorney-General has decided to allow the right of appeal on the law points raised m J»oe case of Minnie Dean, convicted of child murder at Invercargill, Sir Patrick Buokley suggests an immediate sitting of the Appeal Court to determine the case.
