*. A. DISTRIBUTORY COMPAN3T IN LONDON. [UNITED PBBBS ASSOCIATION.] London, June 26. The Colonial Produce Distribution Company will shortly issue £300,000 capital m 225,000 ordinary and 75,000 six per cent cumulative shares, also 100,000 4£ per cent debentures. Producers will have a share m a large proportion of the surplus profit, and will also be represented on the Board. Nelson Bros will be largely interested m the company. Nelson Bros.' new company will be co-operative, and work entirely on the consignment system. The consignors will receive a share m the profits. The success of the floating is assured.
