BURNED TO DEATH. [CRItKD PBKBS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedin, June 21. Mrs Eleanor Oopeland, an old blind lady, widow of Mr Cope laud, solictor, Lawrence, was burnt to death at her house this afternoon. Bertio Prosser, a child 3 years old, died m the hospital from the effects of burns received by its clothes taking lire. The child and its sister were playing with matches yesterday morning when its night-dress caught fire.
