PECULIAR FINANCING.
* [united press association.] Melbourne, June 21. In the case of Eigg v. the Standard Bank, a verdict was given for the plaintiff for £43 10s, the Court also declaring him entitled to one-sixth of Richmond Vale estates. Some peculiar financing was disclosed by the evidence. The Court found that documents between the parties were executed by mutual mistake, procured and induced by fraudulent action and concealment. The Bank, by its manager (Mr Dillon), ordered the doeumnents to be ratified,
