INQUEST RESUMED. [ONITED PBEEB AfISOOUTXON.] Invercargill, June 8. The inquest on Eva Hornsby was resumed this morning. The evidence of the grand-daugh-ter showed that Mrs Dean represented herself as childless, and very anxious to adopt a child, and have it registered as her own. She received nine pounds ten with the child.
