The Railway Commission Enquiry, presided over by Mi Lowe, one of the Engineers of the Railway Department and R. Kose, Auckland Collector of Customs, is taking evidence into complaints alleged by o:.e of the employes for some time at both Newmarket and Pukekohe, and Mr Coom, who was for many yaars Resident Engineer of the Permanent Way.
