Tbe Committee reserve the right to subBtitute or alter the conditions of any raca they may think fit. The Committee also reserve the right to alter or adjust any handicaps, should they think fit, before offioial publication, and to alter the dates of nominations, handioaps, and acceptances should they deem it neoessary. No entry will be received for any raoe ex oept on condition that all disputes, olaims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards pro Bant or whom tbey may appoint.
