This Company accepts Consignments as Trustee for the Owners, and all euoh consignments and the proceeds thereof are expressly exempt from liability to the Company's Debenture Stocks The proceeds being paid into a special ConPigpmant Trust Bank Account, ABSOLUTE BECUBIIY IN RKBPEOT OF SAME IS THEREBY AFFORDED to the Constituents of the Company. The Company is prepared to EXECUTE INDENTS, forwarded through its Agents m the Colonies, of British, Continental, Eastern, and American Goods and Produots, charging commission at 2 J per cent, when funds are m hand, or are remitted by bank draft as usance ; and 6 per cent when not m funds, or m pesseseion of only 25 per cent of the cost of the goods. The Company also ACCEPTS THE CONSIGNMENT m the Colonies of Produce and Manufactures for sale there at oustomary rates of commission and guarantee.
