MR SPEIGHT'S FORTUNE BROKEN. [united press association.] Melboubnb, November 14. On the libel action Speight ex Commit* 3ioner of Railways, v. Syme of the Ags, Mr Duffy announced that as Mr Speight had utterly broken hia fortune and was withoutmoney, he could proceed no further. The< 3aae was adjourned to enable the plaintiff to< sonsider his position.
