Clouston & Co.) is instructed by the Offioial Liquidator to sell by Public Auction at Draude's Hall, Cullensville, at 1 p.m. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 29th, The whole of the interests of " The Hibernian Gold-Mining Company, Limited," m the Hibernian Claim, together with Pumping Plant, Fluming Timber, Tools, Water-rights, &c. This Claim is held under license from W. J. Cullen, Esq. (the ground landlord) at a rental of £3 per month, and is 600 feot m length, extending from reef to reef, along Cuilen's Creek, situated between Neilson'3 Claim and the well-known " King Solomon's mine." About 300 feet has been worked, the returns of gold being over £4500 giving, after payment of working expenses, £38 for every £25 invested, being a net profit of £13 per share, and a payment of £1824 m dividends alone.
