[UNITED PRBBS ASSOCIATION.] Beceived July 27, 1 a.m. London, July 26. Mr J. Bedmond's amendment m favor of Ireland being allowed immediate control of her taxes was negatived by a large majority. Mr Chamberlain has moved another amendment that Imperial control of Irish taxes shall continue until Parliament otherwise determines.
