_* THE NEW FINANCIAL CLAUSES. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] London, July 23. In the House of Commons to-day the Premier submitted the new financial clauses with respect to the Home Rule Bill. Thesa fix the contribution by the Irish Legislature at £2,300,000. Mr J. Chamberlain m disscnesing the olauses asserted that Ireland was now asked to pay £550,000 less than at present, and £1,800,000 less than she' ought to pay. Mr J. Bedmond characterised tho new clauses as neither generous nor just. It is expected that the House of Lords will by ten to one reject the Home Rule Bill.
