» GOVERNMENT SUBMISSION. EXPECTED DESERTION FROM GLADSTONE. [UNITED PBKSS ASSOCIATION.] London, July 13. In a discussion on the Home Rule Bill Mr Gladstone declared there was a general sentiment m the House of Commonß m favor of the retention of the Irish members for all purposes, therefore the Government were prepared to submit to the judgment of the House. Messrs Rathbono and W. Wallace denounced the change proposed by the Government The Times accuses Gladstone of trifekery. Among the articles on Home Rule m the I Pall Mall Gazette, is one from Sir Juliua Yogel. It appeared m to-day'a issue. It is expected that eleven Radical members will desert Gladstone ia to-day's divisions Oik the Home Rale Bill.
