KLEPTOMANIAC TENDENCIES.
Napier, Aptil 20. The Murray McGregor referred to m the cablegram was educated m the Napier High School, and early developed kleptomaniao tendencies. He has been twice convicted for larceny, and at the February sittings of the Supreme Court was sentenced to four months for larceny as a baifee of a horse.
