9 [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, November 11. Mr Hales, Engineer in-Chief, who haa been inspecting Farewell Spit, The Brothers, and Cape Campbell lighthouses, expects that the Farewell Spit tower, erected about twenty-three years ago, will shortly have to be rebuilt. Donedin, November 11. The annual report of the Sew Hoy Big Beach Company states that all liabilities have been discharged, and there is £5,167 to the credit of profit and loss, so that all gold produced by four dredges after paying expenses would be available for dividends.
