.- * [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Vi ■- - Dunedin, June 16. There was again a long sitting of the Dunedin Presbytery to-day to consider the protest and appeal from the First Church. C. Moore, an elder, had resigned when tr c ' nominations for a vacancy were made. Moore was again nominated, but the Kirk session decided not to to submit bis name to the congregation. The Presbytery, after a" long discussion, decided by 13 to five to leave over ths legal question for the Synod tc determine, and m the interests oi peace : recommended the session to recommence '■- the election, and submit all names to mem- ' bers of the congregation.
