THE AMBULANCE LECTURES.
> TO THE EDITOB. : Sib, —From your local of yesterday it | appears that the arrangements for holding ' the Ambulance Lectures have once more fallen through, and things are again m a 1 state of uncertainty. I think it is is now ' high time that the Committee should lay ' aside their wavering procedure and decide ; at once whether the lectures will be held ' tbis year or not, as a further continuance of ' the present line of action will soon disgust the members, and bring the Society to an | untimely end. It is over twelve months since the last examination was held, and if nothing further is possible at least those holding certificates should be allowed an opportunity of passing their further examinations. If the Committee is not equal to the occasion, a general moeting should be called without any delay, so that members may, by rendering some "first aid," save the life of the Society.—l am, &0., Bankaob.
