THE ATLANTIC SHIPWRECK.
Beceived October 16, 10.40 a.m. Lokbon, October 15. A survivor from the wreck of the cattle j steamer off the banks of Newfoundland, j declares that forty-two were drowned. It is alleged Ihe crew and officers were drunk, but the whole story is doubted.
