The Chinese Minister m England urges the appointment of Chinese consuls m the British colonies. The New Zealand Shipping Company's new steamer Ruahine will be launched at Dumbarton on ths 20th inst. Mr David Christie Murray, the novelist has been adjuged a bankrupt. The Countess of Russell intends to sue for a judicial separation from her husband.
