-* . [SPECIAL.] Cullensville, October 9. The Directors of the Hibernian Company have declared a dividend of £12 per share, and carry forward a substantial balapoe. The present dividend is the fourth since April 11th this year. The Company have paid dividends since this date amounting to £1296, equal to £27 per share. The capital is only £1200, m 48 shares of £25 each,
