MAILS CLOSE.

Mails will close at the Chief Post Office, Blenheim, as under (subject to necessary alterations):— Tuesday, June 9. Wellington, Northern and Southern Ports, &c— Per Penguin,. closing at 3.30 p.m.; late fee letters 3.45 p.m. Wellington, Northern and Southern Ports &c— Per Neptune, closing at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 10. Wellington, Northern and Southern Ports, &c— Per Waihi, closing at 3.30 p.m. Thursday, June 11. Wellington, Northern and Southern Ports, Australian Colonies, &c— Per Botorua, closing at 3.30 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.45 p.m. Picton—Daily at 9.30 a.m. and 3. 30 .p.m. except on " Saturday, 9.30 a.m. and 1.45 p.m. Grovetown, Spring Creek, Tua Marina, and E ironnko— Daily, at 3.30 p.m. (except Saturday, when the hour of closing is 1.45 p.m.) Waikakaho— Tuesday and Saturday, 1 p.m. Deep Creek— Tuesday and Saturday, 6.30 a.m. Onsmalntu-Twday and Thursday, 6.30 a.m. : ' Endeavor Inlet (via Picton)— On Tueßdays and Fridays, at 3.30 p.m. Port Underwood (via Picton)— Alternate Tuesdays, at 9.45 a.m. Wairau Valley and Waihopai— Tuesday and Friday, at 10.30 a.m. Awatere and Molesworth— Friday, 9.30 a.m. SS" Letters for registration and articles to go by parcels post must be presented at the office between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and for despatch by any mail registered letters to be presented one hour and. parcels half-an-hour prior to closing of such mail.
