As expected, the tailors, who went out on strike, have resumed work, pending the settlement with the masters, who, it is said, are willing to make laige concessions to the men. Ten thousand East End and Jewish tailors strike on Sunday. The Unionists Conference, sitting at Chester, has invited the Australian and American miners to join the International Federation.
