GOLD RETURNS
[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Beceived February 18, 1 a.m. Sydney, February 17. One party have obtained 11 oz. of gold per load at Peak Hill. In the Great Eastern mine 300 tons of stuff when crushed gave a yield of 320 oz. Bbisbane, February 17. The yield of gold m Queensland for 1890 was 588,147 ozs, which is a decrease of 150,900 ozs as compared with the returns for 1889.
