THE CASE. Milroy, Mifflin County, Pa. To theEditor of The World, New York.N.Y Dear Sir, — The case of Mrs John Gemmill presents a striking example of suffering and marvellous' cure. She has lived m and near Milroy for thirty years, and is 69. In 1864 she was thrown from a wagon, sustaining serions injury to her spine. From thai time till 1883 she was a helpless cripple enable to walk. THE CURE. During these long nineteen years of suffering she found no relief from the numerous remedies she had tried. In 1885 her daughter read the advertisement of St. Jacob's oil, and she bought two bottles. The oil was applied, and before the second bottle was exhausted by Mrs Gemmill she was able to walk about, and has been completely cured. M. THOMPSON, Postmaster.
