The result of Mr Dibbs' motion of censure on the Government resulted m an angry scene m the Housa of Assembly. Mv Dibbs declared that he had arranged with Sir Henry Parkes, the Premier, for an adjournment of the debate, and he accused the Government of contemptible scoundrelly and perfidious conduct. He also mentioned that on the strength of the Premier's promise, several of the members of the Opposition lef t the'Ho'use before the decision took place. The Premier gave an absolute denial to the statement of the Opposition. It is understood that Mr Dibbs intends to move a direct vote of censure on the Government on Tuesday. Received November 1, 10.30 a.m. : MEiiBODBNE, November 1. The Ministry has resigned, and Mr Munro, leader of the Opposition, has been summoned to form a new Government. Thirty-six members who voted with the late Government, have resolved to form a united Opposition party under the leadership' of Mr Gillies and Mr Deakin.
