COLONIAL INVESTMENTS.
NEW ZEALAND ESTATES COMPANY. GOLD MINING. [united pbess association.] London, July 17 J The Premier Consolidated, Gold Mining Company of New Zealand has been registered with a capital of £70,000. The monthly circular issued by Mr Westgarth states that a New Zealand Estates Company has been formed, and will issue debentures at five and a half per cent. Other reports assert that the prospectus is not finally settled, and debentures will be finally issued at 5.
